Creative Design Method

Creative Design Method introduces students to the theory and practice of the method Rip+Mix. Rip+Mix is a projective method based on the theory of abduction and developed by Dr. Rosan Chow and colleagues.

The use of the method can help to systematically generate a large amount of ideas. At the end of the course, the students will be able to conduct Rip+Mix for any open-ended design projects. Three exercises will be graded and their average would be the final grade. Students are required not to skip any of the four classes. The course will be conducted in English.
